Austin, Texas online therapy

About Dr. Rabuck

Welcome! I’m Dr. Rabuck, a licensed psychologist based in Austin, Texas. I received my PhD and MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, Postbaccalaureate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, and BA in Advertising from UT Austin. My doctoral residency was at the University of Texas at Austin’s Counseling and Mental Health Center.

I provide online/virtual therapy to adults across Texas (Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, and surrounding areas), making support accessible from the comfort of your own space. I also offer psychological assessments (ADHD, academic achievement/ learning disorders, emotional/behavioral functioning) for Austin and Houston clients, including school-based evaluations eligible for accommodations.

Starting therapy (or coming back to it) is a huge step! My goal is to create a space where you truly feel seen, supported, and understood. I specialize in relationships and in working with men. I help adults (both individuals and couples) navigate relationship challenges related to communication, stress and conflict, dating, preparing for marriage, improving connection, infertility, cultural differences, anxiety, adjustment concerns, and life transitions. I’m interested in helping you work through periods of change and growth. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, I help clients gain insight, develop practical skills, and create more meaningful connections in their lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy is integrative, influenced by psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), existential, and strengths-based perspectives. I use these frameworks to help clients feel empowered to explore and address conflicts and challenges, discover new meaning and perspective on their life, and find pathways to living authentically.

You can expect our sessions to feature warmth, collaboration, challenge, and laughter - and ultimately, a safe space to explore your life stories.

When I’m not in therapy, I’m usually cooking a new recipe, gardening, journaling, enjoying live music, or out on a walk with my husband, son, and our dog.
